Do you have a few pesky little pounds that just won’t go away no matter what you try? If so, you are definitely not alone. Millions of Americans say they have 5-10 pounds they would like to lose, but it just won’t come off! If you fall in this category, try these three tips for your weight loss success.
Vamp up your diet for 30 days. Cut out all the junk food, if you haven’t already. Remember the old saying, "You are what you eat." Junk in, junk out. A great body is made in the kitchen every day. Start adding more lean protein to your diet, along with fruits, vegetables and fiber. There are hundreds of recipes to make these ingredients delicious.
Drink more water. For the next 30 days, drink at least 64 ounces of water every single day. If you are not currently doing this already, this might take some work in the beginning. Implement a bottled water system to make this easier for the first week. After one week, this will get easier and you will begin to feel the positive effects of being properly hydrated.
Step up the exercise. For the next 30 days, add aerobic exercise to your weekly routine at least 4-5 days. Each aerobic interval should be at least 20-30 minutes. There are many aerobic exercise DVDs on the market that you can use to workout in the comfort of your own home. There are also many great aerobics classes offered at the local gyms.
