It also has useful detoxifying properties and thus can be used as an effective drink for losing weight. Green tea also helps preventing the cell damage which grows continuously inside the body.

Wu Long tea, having a Chinese origin, is also known to decompose the excessive fat present in the human body by reducing the insulin level. It is also known popularly to help doubling the energy level of a person who consumes it. It also helps to improve one’s complexion, boost the immune system and make the teeth stronger.

Oolong tea is widely endorsed by many Hollywood and Bollywood stars. The Polyphenols present in the Oolong tea lowers the triglycerides in the blood and reduce the extra body fat. The Polyphenols also destroys the free radicals. Oolong tea has also been found helpful against tooth decay.

Tea offers multiple health benefits. It is also very beneficial in reducing the body weight but it should be practiced to be used with a proper diet. Drinking a high amount of tea without taking proper food might have some negative effects as well. It is very important for a person to consult a good physician before starting any new method for losing weight. However, these weight loss teas have been found highly effective to help a person reduce some weight without actually bothering too much about the diet that he or she consumes.
