Go for Fruit and Vegetable Intake
Switch your shopping to buying natural ingredients and up your fruit and vegetable intake.

Drinks
Avoid alcohol, fizzy drinks, and caffeine. Switch to green tea loaded with antioxidants and drink plenty of water around 2 liters per day.

Get Rid of Processed Foods
