The Quickest and Easiest Way to Lose Fat

In sort, we can say that weight loss or maintain the figure or changing appearance has become a popular trend in our day today life. Weight loss can be defined as the reduction of the total body mass or body fat or adipose tissue and other connective tissue. loss can be divided as an unintentional loss and an intentional loss. Unintentional weight loss occurs due to an underlying disease (serious diseases such as cancer, AIDS and others) whereas intentional weight loss refers to the loss of total body mass in an effort to improve fitness and health and to attain a satisfactory shape or change appearance.

Methods of weight loss that are recommended often are:
• Adjustments to eating patterns
• Increased physical activity
• Raising metabolism with little exercising
• Reduction of process and high calorie content of the diet
• Increased intake of fibre for regulating bowel movement

Drugs and supplements that decrease appetite, block fat absorption or reduce stomach volume are also widely used and the market provides a great amount of different such products. Such dietary supplements are not considered a healthy option to lose weight and very few are effective on long term. In more severe cases of overweight, bariatric surgery is usually considered to reduce the size of the stomach, thus limiting the intake of food energy. Crash diet or willful nutritional restriction (for more than 12 hours) being practice for losing significant amount of weight in a short time. But crash dieting is different from intermittent fasting, in which the individual periodically abstains from food (every other day).
